Inflow is functions and event-booking management software for hospitality venues. It connects your venue enquiry form with the pipeline, guest communication, follow-ups, event preparation, invoices, payment records and reporting.
Who uses it day to day?
Venue owners, venue managers, sales and events staff, operations managers, and authorised group leaders can use Inflow. Access is tied to the venues each person is allowed to manage.
What happens to our existing website?
Your venue gets a personalised enquiry form with its own link and venue-specific spaces, packages and options. That form can be connected from your existing website, and submitted enquiries arrive in the correct venue.
Can staff reply to guests from Inflow?
Yes. Staff can review the conversation history beside the enquiry, reply by email, use venue templates, attach common files and leave staff-only notes. Incoming replies return to the relevant conversation.
What can we see when someone abandons the form?
Inflow can show the progress and details the visitor entered before leaving. Contact information only appears if they provided it. Staff decide whether to follow up; anonymous visitors cannot be contacted and recovery is not automatic.
Does Inflow take payments?
The venue workflow creates itemised invoices and records deposits, payments, refunds and credits so the team can see collected and outstanding amounts. The sales-page offer does not promise a guest payment-processing service.
How does it work for a venue group?
Each venue keeps its own form, team and operational pipeline. Authorised group leaders can compare venues, use portfolio reports and financial views, then open the relevant venue dashboard. Permissions do not broaden when switching venues.
